The Source Capture System II is recommended for moderate to heavy dust and light residual gaseous odors.

When using a gel product as opposed to acrylic products, you will have less of a concern with noxious odors. However, gel dust can actually be more harmful than acrylic dust, due to its very fine tacky consistency.

Replacement Filter Program for the Nails Source Capture System # 2

Replace Nails Source Capture System # 2 filters in this order:

Final Filter – Goes in first, on the bottom.
Primary Filter – Goes in second, in the middle, between the Final Filter and the Pre Filter. Place arrow side down.
Pre Filter — Goes in last, on top of the Primary Filter, arrow pointing down.

I have been doing acrylic nails for over 35 now. I have always used a vented table thinking this was enough protection. I am now working in a larger salon and have gotten several complaints about the odor.

I purchased one of your source capture systems last week and I am very happy with it and so is every one in my salon! I have some health issues and I am beginning to wonder if smelling these toxic chemicals all these years has contributed to these problems.

I surely urge any one working with these toxic chemicals to give your system a try for their own health and their clients health!

Thank you again! Our inspector just popped in again and said that as he was so impressed with our ventilation system, he has asked his manager if he can create an endorsement letter from the council for us to display in the salon. :)

The process of acquiring a ventilation system that would help us achieve our mission of becoming an odourless nail salon was a daunting task. It was made more daunting by the realisation that we probably have to look trans-atlantic for something that delivers. After extensive research we settled on a company called Aerovex Systems.
