Dust Removal System

Picks up dust on emulsion side of film, plates, and other smooth surfaces.  Removes unwanted particles down to one micron in size.  Ergonomic handle configuration to maximize comfort in use.  Flexo Roller can be cleaned by passing directly onto the cleaning pad surface.

Flexo Roller and Plate Mounting System

Flexo Roller can be used to evacuate air pockets which form between the printing plate and the double sided tape, which is used to mount the plate on the cylinder or the sleeve.  Use Flexo Roller directly on the mounted printing plate.  Apply firm pressure to remove all air bubbles.
